Osaka Tenroku Dojo

We practice in Kita-ku, Osaka, in close proximity to the Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, near Tenroku Station and Temma Station.

Osaka Tenroku Dojo is conveniently located near the Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, which is considered the longest shopping street in Japan (2.6 km) and is situated in Kita-ku, Osaka. We are closest to Tenroku Station.

Currently, we offer training twice a week (Mondays and Saturdays) and occasionally have practice sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Our dojo has excellent accessibility, and we regularly welcome newcomers for free trial sessions. It’s a welcoming place, especially for beginners and women.

On your way back from the dojo, you’ll find numerous affordable and delicious eateries, which can sometimes make it a bit challenging to resist having a drink or two after practice, making it hard to head home straight away.

Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street is a 3-minute walk from the dojo.

If you’re interested in starting Aikido in Osaka city, we encourage you to join our Aikido free trial sessions at Osaka Tenroku Dojo (up to two free trials). We provide thorough and careful instruction from the fundamentals.(Visiting for observation is always free.)
